We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our Thorpe team! Work in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests.
As our Housekeeping Team Leader, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Open all year round, our Housekeeping Supervisors are assigned a specific number of cabins to manage each changeover day. Working alongside the housekeeping teams, you will ensure that the cabins meet our high brand standards of cleanliness.
You will be a role model for the team, leading by example and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. In this role you must deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys the perfect Forest Feeling experience.
