This role as a Housekeeping Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Stratford-upon-Avon is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that is committed to providing exceptional care and support to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and laundry in the home, while also demonstrating compassion and respect towards the residents.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your focus will be to work as part of a team to ensure that all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home. You will operate according to the company’s standard operating procedures, ensuring that hotel service standards are maintained. Other responsibilities will include carrying out cleaning duties, understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and treating residents with dignity and respect.
