Job Introduction
Then join our Waste Services team! An exciting opportunity has opened up in Waste Services. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waste Operative to join the team at our Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) in Tattershall. As a Waste Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting the public to dispose of their waste responsibly, while helping to maximise opportunities for re-use and recycling. You’ll work under the guidance of the Centre Supervisor and Waste Operations Officers to ensure the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental and health & safety standards. You’ll also assist with the day-to-day running of the Re-use Shop at Tattershall HWRC, contributing to initiatives that promote waste minimisation, recycling, and deliver social value to Lincolnshire residents. If you take pride in maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness, enjoy helping others, and care about the environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
