Overview

Hotel Valuer - Associate Director / Director level – London based, 4 days office based per week.

We are assisting a leading independent name in property that is expanding their Trading teams service offering to cover Hotel Valuations. They require an experienced hotel valuer to work alongside the London trading team.

Given their established presence in the valuation and secured lending space, much of the client base is in place. Networking connections in the sector would be advantageous.

Previous management experience is not required. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience valuing Hotels and/or other trading assets.

Office based, likely 4 days per week in the office when not on site. The business is stable with attractive longer-term career prospects for the right person.

All figures quoted are approximate and there may be an additional car allowance/bonus payments.

Responsibilities

Valuation work for hotels and other trading assets within the London market, contributing to the trading team’s service offering and client base. Collaboration with the trading team to support client needs and project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience valuing Hotels and/or other trading assets.
• Experience in hotel valuations and related asset types; prior management experience is not required.
• Strong network within the property/valuation sector is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a London-based office four days per week; onsite visits as required.
