Job summary

A leading catering company in Greater London is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to ensure high standards of service at events and functions. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients for booking details, managing food service, and maintaining health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in contract catering or hospitality and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Experience in contract catering, hotels, or fine dining brasserie is preferred.
  • Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates are ideally required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure positive customer experiences during events and meetings.
  • Liaise with client reception for bookings and updates.
  • Set up meeting rooms and lounge services to required standards.
  • Manage food and health safety requirements.
