The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Hospitality Host to join us at Burnley Football Club. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for players, staff, and supporters.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role and is able to work with others to identify reasonable solutions.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

As the Hospitality Host, you will be expected to:

  • Checking guests in on reception, supplying tickets and food vouchers.
  • Warmly welcoming guests in a personal and engaging manner to facilitate their check-in within our hospitality lounges/areas.
  • Addressing guest queries and guiding them to the appropriate individual or area.
