Job Title: Assessment and Move On Worker
Location: Haringey
Rate of Pay: £22.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary

We are seeking dedicated Assessment and Move On Workers to join the team at Osborne Grove Assessment Centre, providing 37 beds of off-street accommodation.

In this role, you will:

• Carry out detailed assessments to determine suitable move-on options for individuals accessing the service.

• Support people to achieve positive move-on outcomes within a 12-week period.

• Develop and maintain safety plans, reviewing and updating these regularly.

• Ensure individuals have the necessary identification and are in receipt of all benefits to which they are entitled.

• Adopt a harm reduction approach in relation to health and substance use.

• Work with individuals who may have No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF).

Working Pattern:

• Rolling rota of early (8:00am - 4:30pm) and late (2:00pm - 10:00pm) shifts.

• Weekend working required.

• No overnight shifts.

• Some long weekends off (3-4 days).
