On behalf of our client, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Home Manager with a solid background in nursing and mental health. We need someone who’s confident making decisions, can steady the ship when things get busy, and knows how to bring the best out of a team.

You’ll be leading from the front – keeping the home safe, compliant, and running like clockwork, while making sure residents get the care, dignity, and respect they deserve.

Responsibilities
  • Guiding the team with confidence, fairness, and a bit of good humour.
  • Looking after the day-to-day – staffing, budgets, quality checks, and compliance.
  • Making sure the home meets all regulatory standards.
  • Supporting staff to grow, learn, and give their best.
  • Building great relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
What you’ll need
  • Registered Nurse with active UK NMC registration.
  • At least 5 years’ nursing experience in the UK.
  • Experience in both nursing and mental health care.
  • Strong leadership skills and a calm head under pressure.
