Overview

Bright Selection is recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead a large dementia specialist care home in Hampshire, Waterlooville. Salary up to £100kpa.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large dementia specialist care home with a stable staff team and Good CQC outcomes.
• Provide visible leadership with strong operational expertise and be supported by a large, skilled and dedicated staff team.
• Inherit a stable foundation and continue driving quality and positive outcomes for people living with dementia and other neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large, complex care services
• Strong leadership, presence, and visibility within a service
• Excellent operational and commercial skills
• Open to applications from both clinical and non-clinical managers
• A passion for person-centred care and the ability to inspire teams

Salary and Benefits

• Salary up to £100kpa + excellent benefits
