A Home Manager role is becoming available due to retirement, within a well-established care group that has been supporting older people for over 30 years.

This is a small, community-focused home where staff, residents and relatives are genuinely local, creating continuity, familiarity and a strong sense of belonging.

The role comes with exceptional operational support, including an experienced Head Office team, Quality specialists, and hands‑on Directors who remain closely involved.
