This small residential care home provides high-quality, person-centred care for older adults in a supportive and welcoming environment. The home has a strong reputation for its warm atmosphere and dedicated staff team. We are seeking an experienced Home Manager with proven leadership skills, who can maintain and build on the home's quality, ensuring residents, their families, and staff continue to feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalised care.
  • Managing and developing staff teams, promoting a positive culture, and providing professional development.
  • Upholding the home's standards in line with CQC, Local Authority, and organisational requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and local community stakeholders.
  • Managing resources effectively to ensure the home remains compliant, efficient, and financially sustainable.
