At UPA our Registered Nurses play a key role in ensuring our clients are cared for physically, emotionally and spiritually, responding to their varied needs with empathy and respect. We are seeking somebody to provide clinical leadership, case management and holistic care to our clients, including caring for their physical and mental wellbeing. A strong emphasis on preventative care measures, a wellness and reablement approach and clinical insights in managing risk will support our clients to achieve their goals and feel safe in their home.
