Job description

We are recruiting Home Care Assistants for a home care package in the Waterside. Day rotas available and an overnight rota from 10.00pm - 7:00am. Full training for this role will be provided by NWCare in their in-house training academy but the successful applicant will need to have at least six months previous paid caring experience.

Responsibilities
  • Caring for a Service User in his own home environment.
  • This gentleman has complex care needs and full training will be provided by NWCare.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of six months paid caring experience.
  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
  • Able to promote and deliver person centred care.
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
  • It is essential that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate.
  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
