Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming, always preserving clients’ dignity and promoting independence.
- Medication Support: Prompting or administering prescribed medication (full training provided), and keeping accurate records of dosage and times.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs, preferences, or specific health requirements.
- Household Tasks: Light cleaning, laundry, tidying up, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Companionship: Offering emotional support, conversation, and companionship—especially important for clients who live alone.
- Mobility Assistance: Helping clients move around their homes or accompany them on walks, appointments, and social activities.
- Monitoring Wellbeing: Observing changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition and reporting concerns to supervisors or family members as appropriate.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintaining clear and accurate records of care provided and communicating effectively with both clients and the care team.

Requirements
- Female applicants only (Due to personal care nature of the role and in accordance with the Equality Act 2010)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car is essential
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Previous care experience is a bonus—but not essential as full training is provided
