Your Role

As a Remote-Based Employed Financial Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert financial advice on pensions, investments, and wealth management.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Conduct virtual consultations using the latest technology.
• Stay compliant with FCA regulations while delivering high-quality service.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through enquiries, referrals, and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in providing regulated financial advice (IFA practice, Tied network, or Bancassurance).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools to engage with clients remotely.
• Highly organised and self-motivated to manage your own workload effectively.
