Job summary

A well-known educational institution in Enfield is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Science/Maths. This full-time role starts in September 2025 and involves supporting students from year 7 to 11. HLTA Science/Maths - start September 2025 - Full Time - 100 to 130 a day pending on experience - Enfield.

HLTA Science/Maths - September 2025 – Mainstream secondary school in Enfield seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join from September 2025 to assist students from year 7 to 11.

Responsibilities

• Support maths and Science learners across key stages 7–11.
• Demonstrate excellent literacy, communication, and organisational skills; work flexibly to meet students’ needs.
• Develop strong working relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues.
• Work with SEMH needs where applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• 6 months or more experience working within a similar setting.
• Experience of supporting maths and Science; SEMH experience is an advantage.
