Location: Tottenham, North London

Salary: £90–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella hassle)

We’re working with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Tottenham that was recently rated Good by Ofsted. With a strong focus on inclusion and pupil progress, they’re looking for a capable, confident HLTA to support teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

You’ll be stepping into a trusted role—leading small groups, covering classes when needed, and making a big impact in pupils’ daily progress.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across the primary phase, with flexibility to lead sessions independently

  • Delivering planned lessons and interventions in the teacher’s absence

  • Working closely with class teachers to adapt learning and support all pupils, including those with SEND

  • Building positive routines and modelling calm, confident classroom leadership

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as an HLTA or experienced TA ready to take that next step

  • Confident leading the class in the teacher’s absence and supporting curriculum delivery
