Job description

Are you a HLTA with experience supporting SEND children? If so, Axcis Education has a fantastic opportunity for you. We are working with an excellent primary SEND school in Trafford, Greater Manchester, that is looking for a higher level teaching assistant to join their growing team of SEND specialists. This is a full-time role, starting in September 2025. You would be working 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Pay for this role is £100-115/day PAYE (depending on experience). You would be working 1:1 or with small groups of primary age children, who have a range of special education needs. You may also be asked to occasionally cover lessons in the absence of a teacher. The ideal candidate should: Be a qualified teacher or an experienced HLTA Kind, compassionate, and patient Have experience supporting children with SEND
