Academics are working with a friendly and inclusive Primary School in Chatham who are seeking an experienced HLTA to join their team on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who can confidently cover classes across all primary year groups while supporting pupils' progress in both literacy and numeracy.

The successful HLTA will have:

  • A HLTA qualification or equivalent classroom experience (essential)
  • Confidence delivering lessons across KS1 and KS2 in teachers' absence
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
