  • Provide constructive feedback and celebrate pupil achievements.
  • Monitor pupil progress and contribute to support plans or interventions.
  • Share best practices and mentor Teaching Assistants where appropriate.
  • Communicate clearly with staff, families, and external professionals.

As our Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of classroom life. Bricklehurst Manor School is a brand-new school that will cater for up to 60 pupils with SEMH and associated needs. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants involvement in the set up and development of a brand‑new school setting and is inspired to support within special educational needs settings.

This school is based in Stonegate, East Sussex.
