We’re looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Keighley, supporting Key Stage 2 pupils. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on extra responsibility, lead learning, and be a valued part of the teaching team.
Delivering small group and whole-class sessions in KS2
Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment
Providing targeted interventions in English and maths
Building strong relationships with pupils to boost confidence and progress
Contributing to behaviour management and a positive learning environment
HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
Confidence leading groups and covering lessons when needed
