Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary School Role
Location:Bradford
Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time | Long-Term
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP / September 2025
Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to take the next step in your education career? Do you want to work in a supportive primary school where your skills will be truly valued?
The Education Network are seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with both teachers and pupils to deliver high-quality support across schools

Your Role Will Include:
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of learning activities
  • Providing one-to-one and small group interventions
  • Assisting in the assessment of pupil progress
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified HLTA (or experienced TA with relevant training and experience)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Confidence to lead classes when required
  • A flexible, proactive, and nurturing approach
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
