The Role

You will join a specialist Residential Property team, handling a varied and high-quality caseload with a focus on high value residential matters and plot sales. The work is non-volume and offers real scope to work on complex, interesting transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• High value freehold and leasehold residential purchases and sales
• New build and plot sales, acting for developers
• Complex residential transactions for high net worth individuals
• Advising on premium properties and bespoke residential matters
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationshipsWorking closely with colleagues across the wider real estate and corporate teams
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with residential property experience
• Experience handling high net worth residential transactions and/or plot sales
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Confident, professional and client-focused approach
• Commercially minded with an interest in long-term progression
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
