We are particularly keen to receive applications from BABCP-accredited CBT therapists who are not currently or have not most recently been—working within Talking Therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct specialist assessments to identify psychological needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor progress through weekly outcome measures.
  • Ensure high standards of clinical care and adherence to professional guidelines.
  • Provides specialist psychological therapy for clients referred to the NHS Talking Therapies service, integrating complex data from multiple sources, including:
    • Psychological assessments
    • Self-report measures and rating scales
    • Structured observations
  • Deliver at least one NICE-recommended psychological therapyfor anxiety disorders and/or depression.
  • Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on an appropriate conceptual framework and evidence-based methods.
  • Monitor treatment progress and outcomes regularly to ensure interventions remain effective and aligned with best practice.
