Overview

Pertemps are recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Poole on an ongoing basis starting ASAP.

You will be responsible for making local general haulage deliveries to businesses and other customers in and around the Dorset area.

Responsibilities

• Make local general haulage deliveries to businesses and other customers in and around the Dorset area.

Salary and hours

£19 per hour PAYE basic rate. Overtime available. 9am starts. Mon – Fri with Saturday shifts available. 45-hour week. 9–11 hour shifts.

Contract type

There is potential for a Temp to Perm contract for the right driver.

Requirements

• Valid UK Driving Licence (max 6 points).
• Valid HGV Class 1 C+E qualification (must have held C+E for 2 years and have at least 6 months experience).
• Valid CPC/Digi Tacho.
• Safety boots & Hi-Vis (provided if needed).
