HGV Class 1 Driver

Our client based in Rugby CV23 is currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers. New client site is recruiting for 10 x HGV Class 1 drivers ASAP. This is an ongoing position leading to potentially temp to perm, with commencement from 08/12/2025.

Shift times vary: 04.00‑07.00 for day shifts and 16.00‑19.00 for night shifts. Generally, shifts are 10‑12 hours long.

Agency rates: £18.00 - £23.00 per hour (PAYE + Umbrella – NO LTD). Day shift day rates: £21.17 inclusive of holiday pay. Night shift day rates: £21.29 inclusive of holiday pay. Weekend rates: £23.53 inclusive of holiday pay. Full time permanent roles include:

• 4 on 4 off Day Shift – Weekly Paid £677.49 + Meal Allowance per shift – Average Earnings £35,500
• 4 on 4 off Night Shift – Weekly Paid £778.45 – Average Earnings £40,500
• Mon‑Fri Day Shift – Average hourly rate (Inc Meal Allowance) – £16.00 – Potential Earnings (10 hours per shift) – £41,600
• Mon‑Fri Night Shift – Average hourly rate (Inc Meal Allowance) – £18.62 – Potential Earnings (11 hours per shift) – £53,300
