A well-established transportation company in Stockport is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver. About The Role

For this Heavy Haulage Driver role, the company are looking for an experienced haulage driver with a full UK driving licence, certified to C1 or C category.

You should also be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have experience of working in a similar role with heavy / over length / width loads.

You will be expected to work Mon Fri with 3-4 nights out per week and there will be some weekend work available.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with heavy / over length / width loads advantage but full training will be given
• Plant experience using flats and step frames
• Ideally experience with movement orders and long / wide loads
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• C1 / C qualified
• Candidates with previous experience and job titles of: Low Loader and STGO work Working with Escorts and Movement orders, HGV Class 1, Trucking.
