A leading facilities management and construction firm in Solihull seeks a skilled Helpdesk Advisor. The role involves providing technical support to internal and external users, managing help desk processes, and resolving issues across multiple sites. Ideal candidates will have experience in help desk environments and a strong grasp of Windows OS and Microsoft 365. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - 1 hour lunch
