We are seeking a junior professional to join the team in a dual capacity:

  • Investor Relations Support: Assist in managing client relationships, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating investor communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the Head of Sales and senior IR team with client onboarding and ongoing communications.
  • Maintain CRM systems and investor databases accurately.
  • Coordinate logistics for investor meetings and events.
Office Management:
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks.
  • Organize travel arrangements and meeting schedules for senior team members.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and assist with basic HR/admin tasks.
