Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician – £43,000-£50,000 (DOE) – South Molton, Devon

Our clients are looking to employ highly skilled technicians to join their business which operates clean, modern and professional workshops and is the envy of many other operators, we should know they look after our vehicles as well!

You must be able to:
  • Complete comprehensive and preventative maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation.
  • Accurate fault diagnosis to ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly and warranty claims are in line with terms.
  • Maximizing your productive time to ensure all KPI’s are achieved.
  • Completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner.
  • Be able to work on own initiative.
  • Carry out all work & repairs in a safe & timely manner exceeding DVSA standards.
  • Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
  • As a Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician you will ideally have a NVQ3 in Mechanics and an HGV license (not essential).
Hours of Work & Salary
  • Working Monday to Friday
  • A competitive salary of between £43,000-£50,000 depending on experience and including call out
