A leading healthcare provider in Norwich is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to promote high-quality and compassionate care. You will support patient care under supervision within a multi-disciplinary team. Ideal candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent and previous experience in a nursing or care assistant role. This position offers a salary ranging from £24,937 to £26,598 per annum, with various employee benefits and a collaborative work environment.
Cley Gynaecology ward is a varied and fast paced ward here at the NNUH. We are a friendly and passionate team providing dedicated high standards of care within the surgical and emergency pathway setting.
You will be responsible for promoting and implementing high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare. To work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team within the multi-disciplinary framework. Maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse.
To work in accordance with the principles laid down by Trust Policies.
