East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking dedicated Rhode Island-licensed Providers to join our Federally Qualified Health Centers in East Providence, Barrington, and Newport, Rhode Island. Your Role

As an EBCAP provider, you will:

  • Deliver expert medical care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients about their health journey
  • Collaborate with specialists for complex cases requiring additional expertise
  • Lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals including PAs, nurses, and medical assistants
  • Contribute to our integrated care model that addresses the whole person
Qualifications
  • MD (allopathic) or DO (osteopathic), FNP, or PA degree
  • Current Rhode Island medical license or eligibility
  • DEA registration and RI Controlled Substance License (or ability to obtain)
  • Commitment to community health
Preferred
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (or defined path to certification)
