Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Cwmbran is seeking a Senior ICT Application Systems Product Specialist. You will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of critical ICT applications. A degree in ICT or equivalent experience is required. The role demands good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Additional support to users across various Trust sites is essential, as is the ability to liaise with internal and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level in an ICT related subject or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development and post qualification learning.
• Extensive experience in the implementation and support of applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide second line ICT support for users of all ICT applications.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems.
• Prioritise and respond to calls assigned in the ICT helpdesk software.
