Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Scunthorpe seeks a compassionate Healthcare Assistant for its Respiratory Unit. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, support a Registered Nurse, and communicate effectively within a multi-professional team. Candidates should have an interest in respiratory care and a commitment to high standards of care. This role begins in Band 2 with an uplift to Band 3 upon obtaining the Healthcare Certificate. Applicants must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

If so, then the Respiratory Unit are looking for a friendly and efficient HCA to join their driven team.

Please note, we are unable to offer Visa sponsorship for this role.

You will be a compassionate individual, working alongside and supported by a Registered Nurse, in the delivery of direct patient care following the Trust\'s well defined practices and procedures.

You will be committed to delivering high standards of patient care and work within a multi professional team; it is essential you communicate effectively within this environment and act in line with the clinic expectations.

Please note if you do not have the Healthcare Certificate already, you will be appointed in a Band 2 position and fully supported to obtain this. We will then uplift your role to Band 3.
