Overview

Healthcare Assistant – Residential Care Home – We are currently recruiting Care Workers to join our dedicated team in a friendly and supportive Residential Care Home based in St Austell. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you.

Location and Pay

Location: St Austell

Pay: £12.50 – £15.50 per hour

Hours: Variable shifts, Day and Night, including weekdays and weekends

Shift Times:

  • Morning: 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • Afternoon: 1:45pm – 8:00pm
  • Full Day – 8:00am – 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting residents with personal care, daily routines, and mobility
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and encouraging independence
  • Helping with meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment
  • Recording care accurately and working in line with care plans
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
