We're looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our daytime team, providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents. In this rewarding role, you'll offer practical support and emotional reassurance, helping our residents feel safe, understood, and valued. Job Purpose

The role of a Health Care Assistant is helping our residents to live full, happy, and healthy lives by delivering person-centred care, meaningful activities, support, and companionship. Job Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care, maintaining their privacy, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities that enhance their quality of life.
  • Deliver care in a person-centred manner, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular wellbeing and health checks in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Accurately record and maintain resident information using digital documentation systems.
  • Promptly report any incidents, changes, or concerns to senior team members.
Essential Skills

Pay Scale
  • £12.21 per hour
  • £15.26 per hour (Weekend Rate)
  • £24.42 per hour (Bank Holidays)
  • Higher rate for Care Certificate (We will support you if not yet achieved).
  • £12.82 per hour
  • £16.03 per hour (Weekend Rate)
  • £25.64 per hour (Bank Holidays)
