  • Shifts: Full Time & Part Time | Days & Nights | 12-hour shifts | Alternate weekends required

Meet Our Client

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant’s to support a 19-year-old young man with complex care needs within his own home.

He is a very chilled, sociable, and happy-go-lucky young man who loves interacting with others and enjoys having their attention. He attends college, which he really enjoys, and would benefit from a carer who is enthusiastic about supporting him both at home and out in the community.

He enjoys sensory activities, exploring toys and lights, watching television, listening to music, being outdoors, going on trips in the van, swimming, and visiting brightly lit shops, and he also finds comfort in cuddles and positive, reassuring interaction.

Throughout the day, you will support him with his daily routines, including personal care, medication administration, and attending to his clinical care needs as required.

During night shifts, you will be responsible for ensuring his comfort and safety, remaining alert to his needs, and supporting him to have a settled and restful sleep. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a wonderful young man.

What You’ll Need
