We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team caring for a male in his 20s in Birmingham.

Our service user enjoys story books, listening to music, sensory activities with lights and toys, interacting with friends and family, and relaxing head massages. He cannot communicate verbally but uses sounds and facial expressions to express his needs. It’s important to understand his communication methods to meet his needs promptly.

Your role involves supporting his daily routines, being attentive and responsive to his care needs, and managing clinical interventions as required.

Pay Rates

• £13.00 - £14.50 per hour

Shifts Available

• Part Time
• Nights: 9am to 8am
• Days: Adhoc to cover
