Healthcare Advisory Associate (Non-Contentious) - 4+ PQE – Bristol

The Role

Due to impressive and continued growth our top 100 law firm client are looking for an experienced Associate (4+ PQE) to join their Health Commercial & Public Law team. This is a chance to work on some of the most high-profile and complex issues facing the NHS, local authorities and social care providers.

You'll advise on commissioning responsibilities, governance, Care Act duties, NHS Continuing Healthcare, personal health budgets and partnership arrangements. While the role is primarily advisory, you'll also have opportunities to support on contractual matters such as Section 75 agreements and primary care contracting.

You'll work closely with colleagues across practice areas, giving you exposure to multidisciplinary projects and direct client access. Expect high-quality, varied work where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on commissioning responsibilities, governance, Care Act duties, NHS Continuing Healthcare, personal health budgets and partnership arrangements.
  • Support on contractual matters such as Section 75 agreements and primary care contracting.
  • Work closely with colleagues across practice areas on multidisciplinary projects and provide direct client access.
  • Deliver high-quality, varied advisory work with a focus on healthcare and public services.
