Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Coordinator for a supplier of wet paint, powder coatings and metal pretreatment products to a variety of Market areas. An exciting opportunity at a rapidly growing company in Redditch. Possible permanent position after a successful trial period.

Duties
  • Playing an essential role in ensuring that the safety regulations and procedures in the workplace are adhered to
  • Managing all aspects of the health and safety program
  • Maintains internal control procedure reports
  • Complete inductions for new staff and embed health and safety training program
  • Support HR in monitoring and setting up of HSE training programs
  • Create maintenance plan for the organisation\'s equipment.
Core Competencies
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the manufacturing, logistics and transport industry
  • Health & Safety Experience
  • Experience of risk assessments, site inspections, training records, fire regulations and SHEQ regulations
  • Demonstrable experience in quality management, process improvement, compliance (ISO 9001, ISO22000, SQAS, IMPCAS)
Shifts and Pay Rates
  • Monday to Thursday - 0800-1630
  • Friday - 0800-1300
  • £13.00 per hour
