This well-established, multi-disciplined company provides a host of various professional services to clients nationwide. Due to current business requirements, they are now looking for an experienced Health & Safety Consultant based in and around the Blackburn area. Applications from Accrington, Burnley, Ribchester, Darwen and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Will have a strong technical/consultancy/management/auditing/asbestos/legionella background.
• Possess the relevant NEBOSH, CMIOSH, NEBOSH L5 and P402 certificates – Health & Safety qualifications are essential.
• Experience working within the specified industries e.g. asbestos, legionella and fire would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, policies & procedures.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Main Responsibilities:

• Attend sites to carry out inspections relating to the Health & Safety performance of the teams.
• Undertake legionella risk assessments.
