A major water utility company in the UK seeks a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor responsible for delivering their Health and Safety Strategy. This field-based role involves regular site visits, ensuring compliance, and advising stakeholders. Candidates must possess a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent experience and a full UK driving license. With a focus on employee wellbeing, this position offers a competitive salary up to £50,000, annual leave, a car allowance, and various health benefits.
In this role, you will help deliver our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy whilst assuring compliance with the Thames Water Management System, Standards, Processes, and Procedures against an agreed HSW Assurance Plan. The role is primarily field-based, with some hybrid working. It will require frequent travel, generally within a specified region but occasionally throughout the wider Thames Water supply area.
