About the role of Health & Safety Advisor

The ideal Health & Safety Advisor will have previous experience within the refurbishment or facilities management sector and previous experience either as a Health & Safety Advisor or Senior Health & Safety Advisor. This opportunity comes with the chance to join a longstanding team, who are committed to the development and improvement of their business. Responsibilities for Health & Safety Advisor
  • Continuously promote a positive and supportive approach to Health & Safety standards and legislation.
  • Train and develop Health & Safety standards throughout the business from site level to director level with a strategic approach. Including producing training material & systems to aid compliance
  • Regularly visit sites carrying out audits and investigation, producing in-depth reports and improvement methodologies.
Requirements for Health & Safety Advisor
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of ISO standards including ISO14001, ISO45001 & ISO9001.
  • Preferably NEBOSH Qualified or IOSH Qualified
  • It is essential for this person to come from a refurbishment, maintenance or facilities management background to align with the work.
