About the Role
At KEMP Hospice, our Health Care Support Workers play a vital role in providing compassionate, person-centred care to patients, families, and carers across our Day Hospice and Hospice at Home services. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you'll help people to live well from diagnosis to end of life, providing personal, emotional, and practical support that truly makes a difference.

Youll assist with care tasks, help maintain comfort and dignity, and offer reassurance and companionship to those in your care. Purpose of the Post
To support the Care Services team in delivering high-quality, holistic care to patients, families, and carers across our Day Hospice and Hospice at Home services. The Health Care Support Worker plays an important role in providing personal, emotional, and psychological support, carrying out delegated clinical tasks in line with competencies, and helping to ensure every person receives compassionate, person-centred care in line with KEMP Hospices values.
Based in the heart of the Wyre Forest, KEMP Hospice has been providing compassionate care and support to people affected by life-limiting illness and bereavement for over 50 years. We offer end-of-life care, counselling, and emotional supportcompletely free of chargeto adults, their families, and carers for as long as they need it. We stand by their side in our day hospice, in their homes, or virtually, during some of lifes most challenging moments.
