A family-run care service in Paignton is looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants (Nights) to join their team. We are on the hunt in Paignton for our next amazing Care Assistants!
Our Care teams are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care.
You will be working directly with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Enablement workers daily to achieve resident outcomes and work collaborative with NHS professionals as part of a partnership working.
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
