About the Role As a Health Care Assistant, you will work alongside our clinical team to support patients in a variety of settings. You will help deliver outstanding patient care ensuring that every person feels valued, respected, and supported.

Responsibilities

Main duties of the job

  • Assisting clinicians with patient care and procedures
  • Recording observations such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
  • Phlebotomy, Blood Pressure, Wound care dressings, INR
  • Long Term Condition reviews
  • Supporting patients with daily needs and mobility where required
  • Updating patient records accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards in the workplace
  • Stock Taking and ordering of supplies
