Key Duties
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Conduct regular health and safety training for staff and management.
  • Monitor workplace safety practices and conduct site inspections.
  • Investigate accidents and near misses, providing reports and solutions.
  • Provide advice and support on health and safety matters across all business activities.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in health and safety supervision or a similar role.
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and write method statements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and advise staff.
