A leading roofing specialist in the UK is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee compliance across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH qualification and have strong leadership skills. This role offers a competitive salary of GBP50,000–GBP60,000 plus an annual bonus, with 2 days per week in the Walsall office. Flexible hours and opportunities for career progression are included.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of NEBOSH qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Experience within Roofing, Construction, or similar sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Health & Safety compliance across multiple roofing sites nationwide.
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programmes.
  • Liaise with clients, operatives, and internal teams to maintain safe working environments.
  • Report, investigate, and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions are carried out.
  • Attend Friday morning management meetings on site.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to support our nationwide roofing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well–established business within a long–term, stable environment, offering extensive industry training and genuine career progression.

You’ll be an integral part of our Health & Safety team, spending most of your time on site across the UK, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Health & Safety compliance across multiple roofing sites nationwide

  • Work at height as required – confidence with ladders is essential

  • Full UK driving licence
