Birkett House School is a specialist school dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of children and young people aged 4–19 with a range of complex learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and additional needs. The Role

As Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership and vision, ensuring that every learner achieves their fullest potential. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of teaching, learning, safeguarding, and wellbeing while fostering a culture of inclusivity, care, and ambition.

You will work collaboratively with staff, families, governors, and external partners to further develop the school’s outstanding provision and ensure that it continues to meet the evolving needs of its pupils.
