The Role

This is a leadership position reporting into an experienced Practice Manager, with line management responsibility for 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse, and 2 veterinary care assistants. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, coordinate clinical workflows, and champion clinical standards and team wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week (flexible to a minimum of 35), with just 1 in 5 weekends, no on-call, no out-of-hours, and no backup rotasyour time off is truly your own.
